What to include in your message
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- A short description of what you're trying to do
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened
- The product or surface you were using (e.g. Scouts, Delegate, the Yutori Local desktop app, or the API)
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if the issue is visual
- The email address associated with your account
- The approximate time the issue occurred, in your local timezone
If the issue is urgent (for example, billing or account access), please write "Urgent" in the subject line.
Account and billing
For questions about subscriptions, invoices, refunds, or canceling your plan, email support@yutori.com with the subject line "Billing" and the email address on your account.
Privacy and data requests
To view our audits and policies, or if you have a privacy request (account access, deletion, correction, etc.), see our Trust Center and Privacy Policy, or email support@yutori.com with the subject line "Privacy request".
Security
If you have found a security vulnerability that you'd like to report, please email support@yutori.com with the subject line "Security" and include steps to reproduce. We would appreciate it if you don't publicly disclose it until we've had a chance to investigate.
